From Idea to Fruition
Getting Started with Corporate Branding
You have a great idea for your company. Your product or service is going to be in high demand and you can see in your future towering offices that will make Trump look like a kindergarten wannabe. Now what?
Getting started in the corporate world can be as stressful and time consuming as planning your wedding. The first step is always going to be the same whether you are starting a home based business or building a large corporation. You have to develop a strong branding presence to be taken seriously in the corporate world.
Ok I know I need to build a brand. NOW WHAT?
Start with the basics. You need a name that represents what you want your company to be. You want your company name to say what you do but don’t get buried in the clichés of always naming your company the obvious. Some of the most successful companies today have what we would have called nonsense names as they first emerged into the marketplace. Google… what does that mean? Twitter… Huh?
Want to corner a niche? Create one! The best way to create a niche is to coin a new word or phrase. By doing this you create a one-of-a-kind brand with no competition. That is what is going to compel people to remember your business name and brand. For example: The name “Google” originated from a common misspelling of the word “googol”, which refers to 10 to the 100th, the number represented by a 1 followed by one hundred zeros. Having found its way increasingly into everyday language, the verb “google”, was added to the Merriam Webster Collegiate Dictionary and the Oxford English Dictionary in 2006. How’s that for branding?
The name of your company is the first step to a long line of branding techniques which will finalize how your company and its services will offer a unique and creative approach to your field. Your next huge step in the ladder to corporate success will be logo design, the visualization of the brand you have decided on. Following logo design will be a strong online presence. In today’s media savvy, fast paced, information at your fingertips, no time for phone calls or yellow pages world, a virtual presence is key to truly exist.
Now as you start “Googling” to find out how you can build your brand keep in mind that there are resources available to start up businesses that won’t break your bank before you even get started. Ziraleet, which consequently also has one of those “nonsensical”, new-age fresh names can provide full branding services from logo design to website; and from your first tradeshow presence all the way through to your future multi-million dollar corporate presentation and everything in between; all the while keeping in mind your budget no matter how big or small.
And before you ask… where did the name Ziraleet come from… here is your answer: Ziraleet is a long forgotten, dust covered and left in a book no one has read in centuries word. At some point through the evolution of the English language it was pushed aside for less complex descriptions. In the end though it means exactly what the company represents: Express Joy. Through Ziraleet’s services everyone from that new business owner to the Fortune 100 executive has a moment of expressing joy when they see their dreams for the future of their company come true. Whether it is your first logo, website, a refreshing re-branding of an old style, an investor presentation, your first tradeshow booth or an animation for a huge seminar, you will have a moment of joy when you see that it has all worked out the way you planned.
