Our Philosophy Part 1

From the Perspective of Ziraleet’s Owner/CEO

Welcome to Ziraleet which is home of (if I might say so in my own humble way) the best and brightest designers, developers and event coordinators who have experience and know-how to help propel your company into its bright future.  Ziraleet is a brain child of mine developed after years of working in the corporate design and marketing world and realizing how poorly clients were treated by upper management.  Employees who work hard every day are constantly pushed to “get the next job” before the previous one is complete keeping them from developing long-lasting, trusting relationships and really listening to the client’s needs.

As the Pillar of this company, I wanted to develop a structure with a strong foundation and a creative team that always listens to what you need and give feedback and advice that will help you get the most for your money.  Each and every member of the Ziraleet staff is made up of individuals I have worked with for many years and thus realized their true value.  These are people I want working on your projects.  These are people who value both you and each other.  We have a very unique internal creative process that allows each person to have a voice in each project no matter what their job is.  Sometimes the best ideas come from the most unexpected places.  I consider myself a ‘warrior’ fighting to develop a company and an environment like no other you have ever seen or had the pleasure to work with.  We aren’t scared to tell you when what you want is not what you need, likewise we won’t bite our tongues to let you know if what you want is something you really don’t need.

The name ‘Ziraleet’ has been extremely special to me throughout the last few years as I built the company from the ground up.  Ziraleet means “an expression of joy”.  No matter what your projects are we always strive for you to have that moment of elation at the end of the design, development or event.  Because of that philosophy I am quite positive to say we have the happiest clients on the face of the earth (again if I might say so myself!) and we would love for you to have the opportunity to experience that joy.

Now you might want to ask me why I developed a company with such a unique combination of services: Design, Development and Event Planning.  I was thinking about the thousands of clients I have worked with over the years one day and realized that a lot of the Design or Development projects I had managed were directly related to events.  Given that I have a background in event management it all started to fall into place.  For a client who needs to plan a corporate event our team can come in and develop all of the design and marketing materials from website to print pieces, banners and posters, fliers and email blasts.  Next step would be developing a program that can keep track of the many pieces of reporting and information they need over the course of the event or even for years to come.  Finally we can create, design and manage an event that will make you stand out from everyone else.  Impress your clients, colleagues and partners with an event that is unlike any other.  Or on the other hand we can manage smaller projects, a website development, a print piece, or a complex reporting system without ever touching an event for your company.  It all flows so well together and allows us to be a resource to you as your company expands and enters into new opportunities.

The team I have worked so hard to bring together and am so very proud of consists of some of the top Designers, Programming and Developers around as well as some of the most creative Corporate Event Coordinators you have ever met.  The key points that bring them all together are: passion, creativity, and an earnest desire to help our clients through all of the exciting moments of growth and development they will experience over the years.

From one business owner to another I want to thank you for your time and hope we have an opportunity to chat further about what we both do.  I love learning about your dreams and ambitions for your company and hope that now you understand a little more about mine.
