From the Perspective of Ziraleet’s Lead Account Manager

Hello there gentle readers and internet travelers.  Welcome to Ziraleet, where the best corporate gunslingers come to hitch up their horses of commerce and rest their weary legs.  At our right hip is a six shooter named “Design”, and at our left hip is a pretty little number named “Corporate Events”.  Ok, so maybe the first one has a snappier name, but they both aim true and never miss.

But enough with the analogies (for now; your humble project manager Rob will be the first to admit he has an endless supply of them), let’s talk about why you’re here.

You have a job to do, and you’re looking for the right experts and the right tools to help you do it.

Congratulations.  You’ve accomplished the first step.  By browsing through our website, you’ve stepped into the store and have begun shopping around for just the right product you need.  Yes, I’m right back to the analogies, but let’s roll with it.  You’re looking around and you’re pretty sure you know what you want.  However, you’re still deciding where exactly you should direct your budget, which product would give you the most bang for your buck, and whether or not Ziraleet is even the right store to be shopping in.  Maybe Designs-For-Less down the road has a better deal?

Here’s where I step in.  Now I’m not your usual blue-shirt-wearing employee who just wants to sell you something.  Those guys more often than not would rather be at home playing their Wii than listening to your problems.  No, I’m here for you.  I’m here because, unlike those guys, I actually want to see you succeed.  It means a lot to me to know Ziraleet has had a hand in propelling a client forward on the road to their success.  Already successful?  Great!  We’d love the opportunity to further add to that foundation.

You know what you want.  You point it out and say, “That’s exactly what I need to make this project work.”  At that point, I don’t just say, “Fine.  Go pay for it!”  No I actually pick it up for you and casually walk you down the aisle (of commerce.  Not that other aisle people walk down together) and discuss with you the ins and outs of the product you chose.  What can it do for you?  What are the aspects of it you might not have known about it?  What are the downsides as well as the upsides?  What other products might one day compliment it?

By the time we reach the check-out counter, it’s my job to make sure you’re 100% confident in your selection.  This is the product for you and it’s going to help you even more than you expected it to.  If you still have questions when you walk out that door, you’ll always have my number and I’ll always have an answer.

When you complete your experience with Ziraleet (which we hope you’ll think of next time you have a project), you’ve made an advancement towards your company goals, and I’ve made a friend.  That’s the way I choose to look at it.  You’re not just a client and I’m not just a project manager.  We’re two people shooting the breeze and helping each other out.

Sounds cliché, but it’s the way we all feel here at Ziraleet.  We’re in the business of helping people.  Most importantly, we’re in the business of making people feel good about their objectives and their corporate identity.   We can make headers and footers and flash animation for you all day long, but at the end of the day, if you don’t feel more confident in your business because of it, well…our job just isn’t finished.
